Our qualified & experienced quality assurance personnel diligently conduct checks at every stage of production by carrying out mandatory microbiological tests. These tests are carried out in our laboratory and also periodically in government approved external laboratories. Our all products process passed by as follows.

Sterilization process is carried out at third party location on buyer’s requirement. Gamma Radiation and E.T.O. are the two sterilization processes done as per buyer’s choice. Our In-House laboratory has facility for analyzing the Physical, Chemical and Microbiological parameters installed with latest technology equipment such as The Laminar Floor, Microscope, Colony Counter, Autoclave, PH Meters, Distillation Plant etc which are the utmost requirement of a food processing unit.
